Theatrical and musical creation
The whole region works for Olympig, the European pig slaughterhouse No. 1. In these times of crisis, the region is proud that the pig is feeding its families, banks and the economy.
Tonight, Olympig will reward its employees. The company organizes its annual gala and will offer the pig of gold to the best worker of the group. Yet it is said that there will be radical ads, restructuring, degreasing. There is even talk of merging with a foreign group. It is also said that some disgruntled employees would be ready for anything to disrupt the evening ...
Created in a first version at the end of December 2010 at the Archipel theatre, this show is a metaphorical cabaret on the world of work both disturbing, political, wacky, and offbeat.
With Olympig, cabaret pig the Theater of the Mirror likes to mix the artistic disciplines to propose a public meeting convivial, festive and disconcerting.
